Thank you to everyone who enquired about our popular annual event – Richmond Volleyball International Festival.Please follow the link for the details and entry form. The dates for the Festival this year are 23-24-25 August.

Following your feedback, we have tweaked the format slightly to give a better choice of competitions and more opportunities to win trophies. Whether your team is ready to go for a full 3 day volleyball marathon or would rather take it easy at one day 4s – you’ve got it! Just tick relevant boxes on the form and send your entries as soon as possible to get into division of your choice. All vouchers issued in 2012 will be still valid for entries this year.

We are looking forward to seeing you at Imber Court in August.

RVB 2014 Beach Volleyball Season Starts – 6th, 7th and 8th June at Barn Elms

2014 RVB Beach Volleyball season starts this coming weekend 6th, 7th and 8th June offering weekly weekend beach volleyball events & tournaments for all held at Barn Elms Sports Centre, 7 Queen Elizabeth Walk, Barnes SW13 0DG.

Please note space is limited so if you are keen to participate, the easiest way to enter the tournaments is to get your own partner and send an email to confirm you are coming. The tournaments are open to juniors and adults (beginners/intermediate and advanced levels).

Players will be ranked after each weekly event. So the more tournaments you participate in, the more points you and your partner/team racks up, the better chance you have to win the league.

Summer Social a great Success

The 2014 Richmond Rugby Rocks Summer Social hit London last weekend providing a quality festival of sport and music experience to both players and spectators held at the Richmond Athletic Park Ground. There was a combination of 250 teams which included men’s and women’s rugby 7s, touch rugby, lacrosse, rugby 10s, touch and tag rugby, hockey, netball and for the 1st time volleyball before partying into the night to a selection of DJs.

2 Weeks to go – 2014 Summer Social (Volleyball 4-a-side and many other sports)

With less than two weeks until THE event of the summer, we are excited to tell you a bit more about what you can expect on the day.
•10am – First games KO
•11am – Bars open
•1pm – Irish Happy Hour! Look out for the London Irish RFC boys who will be behind the bar serving you drinks!
•2pm – First DJ on main stage!
•3pm – We will be showing the Premiership Final on the Big Screen
•3pm – All knockout stages begin
•8pm – Main Elite 7s and Netball Finals KO’s
•Midnight – Event close

Plus we have lots to keep you busy including the Free Fall, the Superstar, Zorb football, 5 outdoor bars, 10 DJ’s taking to the main stage, the Ping lounge, plus lots of caterers keeping you fuelled throughout the day, and lots more!

RVB Beach Volleyball starts Fri 6th, Sat 7th and Sun 8th June at Barn Elms

Just to remind you all RVB 2014 beach volleyball programme will begin on weekend 6th/7th and 8th June 2014 held at Barn Elms Sport Centre.

The new 3 court beach volleyball venue at Teddington is currently under construction and will look awesome when complete. It is due to be launched early July so please bear with us.You can now enter our events via the links below.
