Volleyball Centre of Excellence
Richmond VB boys qualified for the u15 National Finals with very strong performances. They won all their pool matches 2-0 against EBC Greenhouse A & B, Wessex and Richmond VB B progressing to the Semi-Finals at the Southern Divisional Finals held at Leaf Dorset. Richmond VB A then won 2-0 against EBC Greenhouse A to secure a place in the U15 National Finals (Last 6’s).

Luciano Andrade & David Rijvers was celebrating success last yesterday winning the 2016 All Stars Beach Volleyball Finals held at Broom Road, Teddington Recreation Ground.
The All Stars Finals is the penultimate end of the season event aimed for the top 10 teams from the RVB Summer 2v2 Series to be crowned “Champion”. Players received entry from competing in the weekly Sunday Series tournaments run throughout the summer where players accumulate points and ranking points for All Stars.
Richmond VB held London’s 4th Junior Beach Volleyball Championships (Rising Stars) last Sunday at Teddington SC. It was a great success and saw top pairings show off their growing talent and excellent beach skills. The pairs were competing for the top spot in 2 age categories (u14 & 18 boys and girls).
