Richmond Volleyball first Women’s NVL Div 1 Team traveled more than 5 hours by train and car to reach Sunderland, the furthest venue in this year’s Div 1 fixtures. They came back with a 3-0 win to consolidate RVB league position.
Richmond Docklands earned their fifth Super League victory of the season with a comfortable 3-0 win over TeamBU Wessex. The three points edge Luis Bello’s side closer to securing a top half berth for the second part of the season after Christmas. One more win from their two remaining matches in 2019 will see them compete for the title in 2020.
Last Sunday it was a masterclass in speed, power and team spirit for the RVB team from a visiting Super League team London Malory, one of the most established in England.
Visitors took away 3:0 victory and Richmond’s hope to get to the next round in the National Cup.
