Code of Conduct on WhatsApp Groups:

To ensure that our groups remains a supportive and positive environment for all members, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Always communicate with respect and courtesy. Avoid language that could be considered discriminatory, offensive, or derogatory.
2. Only post on club related matters
3. No advertising or commercial promotions
4. No advertising sessions/events by other clubs without prior permission by a group admin
5. Share images, videos, and other media responsibly. Ensure you have the right to distribute any media you share and that it is appropriate for a community setting.
6. Do not contact any members privately without their permission (for members under the age of 18 you also need parental consent).
7. Members under the age of 18 can only join the WhatsApp groups if their parent/guardian is already part of the group or with written consent from a parent/guardian.

Violation of these guidelines may result in a warning, and repeated offenses could lead to removal from the group.
