Beach Volleyball WhatsApp Groups
You may find these WhatsApp groups useful to communicate with other members and players.
Code of Conduct on WhatsApp Groups:
To ensure that our groups remains a supportive and positive environment for all members, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
- Always communicate with respect and courtesy. Avoid language that could be considered discriminatory, offensive, or derogatory.
- Only post on club related matters
- No advertising or commercial promotions
- No advertising sessions/events by other clubs without prior permission by a group admin
- Share images, videos, and other media responsibly. Ensure you have the right to distribute any media you share and that it is appropriate for a community setting.
- Do not contact any members privately without their permission (for members under the age of 18 you also need parental consent).
- Members under the age of 18 can only join the WhatsApp groups if their parent/guardian is already part of the group or with written consent from a parent/guardian.
Violation of these guidelines may result in a warning, and repeated offenses could lead to removal from the group.
Important notice for players with international numbers:
As we want to keep these groups relevant to local players only, international numbers with a name that we are not familiar with will be rejected. Please do not be offended by this rejection. If you have an international number and are or want to be part of the Richmond Volleyball local community, please email beach@richmondvolleyball.co.uk and explain your connections to Richmond Volleyball along with your number and we will add you to the groups.
